Get ready to challenge your body and boost your fitness in the fresh air with our Outdoor Circuits Class! This energizing full-body workout combines cardio and strength training in a dynamic, circuit-style format. You’ll rotate through a series of stations designed to build muscular strength, improve endurance, and torch calories — all while enjoying the benefits of training outdoors.

Expect a mix of high-intensity cardio drills (think sprints, burpees, agility ladders) and strength-based exercises (bodyweight movements, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more). Each class is designed to be scalable, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll be pushed at your own pace with guidance and encouragement from a motivating instructor.
