Hi! I'm, Jen!
I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor based in Woodford, Greater London. I specialise in supporting busy women, mums, and working professionals feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies with realistic, habit-focused programs that fit into their lives.
Like many of my clients, I understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when work, family, and daily responsibilities come first. That's why my coaching focuses on simple, effective training and realistic nutrition habits, that fit into your lifestyle - not the other way around.
My approach is supportive, encouraging, and judgement - free.Whether you're returning to exercise or want structure and accountability, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My Journey
My fitness journey has had its ups and downs like most people.
I loved exercise as a child, but the challenges of life whether it be work, children or health, has meant that there have been times that exercise has taken a back seat!
Things changed in 2021 when I was diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety. My husband encouraged me to start exercising again, and it was incredible the effect it had on me!
Since that moment I have focused on my health and wellbeing through fitness and nutrition. Gaining my Level 3 Personal Training Certification and Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management Certification.
