I specialise in coaching busy women, mums, and working professionals who want sustainable results that fit around real life!

In Person Personal Training
Hands-on coaching at your home or my gym

Train with me at your home or in my private gym. These 60-minute sessions provide hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and personalised support to help you feel strong, confident, and capable while working towards your goal.

Online Personal Training
Training anywhere in the world!

Train with me in the comfort of your home. These 60-minute sessions provide coaching, real-time feedback, and personalised support where ever you are in the World!

How online PT works:

  • Free consultation call to discuss your goals, lifestyle, confidence level and any injuries.

  • Live weekly sessions with real time coaching and feedback via Zoom, WhatsApp Video, or Facetime.

  • App with program tailored to your fitness level and lifestyle for you to use.

  • Flexible locations: train where-ever you are in the world!

As a busy mum of two, finding time (and energy) to work out, at times felt really hard - until I started training with Jen! Jen makes workouts targeted to my goals, fun, and challenging.
