This energizing full-body workout combines cardio and strength training in a dynamic, circuit-style format. You’ll rotate through a series of stations designed to build muscular strength, improve endurance, and torch calories — all while enjoying the benefits of training outdoors. Expect a mix of high-intensity cardio drills (think sprints, burpees, agility ladders) and strength-based exercises (bodyweight movements, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more).
